Formatting
Comments and descriptions use Markdown: **bold**, `code`, fenced code blocks with ```, lists, tables and links. Mention people with @username and link issues by key, e.g. APP-12.

Cannot Reproduce: Nobody could reproduce this. If you can still reproduce it, comment with detailed steps and it can be reopened.
